Working closely with you, I create, hold and nurture the space for people and teams to think well, explore the unsaid, and challenge themselves to meet their own aspirations.
We'll explore how you show up as leaders — how you communicate, hear and make sense of diverse views, and how you use these to make good decisions. We'll check in with our humanity: our kindness and compassion for each other, without relinquishing the expectations we have of each other to deliver.
Together we will become more mindful of how we show up — as leaders, as teams, as human beings.

Meet the coach
There is more to life than just being alive — and that's especially true for leaders. In my coaching practice I work with leaders and teams who want more than just performance and efficiency. They want to enjoy the ride too. And a lot of it starts when we reconnect to what makes us human, what makes us tick, what makes us smile.
I grew into this role over 30 years in industry and consulting, working with large global corporations including BT and Sara Lee; pharmaceutical firms; global banks; insurance companies; and government teams ranging from HM Treasury to Cabinet Office-sponsored projects. I've also worked with Cranfield and Ashridge University to support the development of clients.
My primary approaches are systemic and relational — working with you as a temporary part of your system. I teach yoga and bring a mindful, practical and compassionate edge to everything I do.
